Before joining Victus, Courtney helped transform the Better Business Bureau’s brand at both the local and national levels. She led major creative initiatives, including the development of the BBB brand book and message map, and played a key role in the launch of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns. Her work consistently elevated brand consistency, storytelling and customer experience across platforms.
