Leveraging expertise in urban development, we assessed the potential ROI and long-term economic benefits generated by the stadium-anchored mixed-use development.

Through our rigorous analysis, the State of Hawaii gained invaluable insights into the economic viability of the Aloha Stadium & Entertainment District project. Our findings showcased a projected NPV of $1.8 billion in total output, along with the creation of 1,200 annual jobs and $200 million in state and county taxes.
